Kevin Alkire

Kevin joined Woodland's Board in 2024 as the Head Registrar. He grew up playing recreational soccer with the Laurelhurst View Ridge (LVR) Club in Seattle and has played soccer in various official and unofficial forms into adulthood. Kevin lives in Fremont with his wife, daughter and dog, "Moose."

WhY DO YOU VOLUNTEER FOR Woodland?

I see the positive impact that soccer has on my own life and the life of my daughter, her teammates and my fellow soccer parents. I also recognize that the logistics of registration, fees and scheduling can be A LOT for for players' families to navigate. I started volunteering with WSC to make those less-fun but necessary logistics as easy as possible for our players and their families.
